The Polar Express Christmas Grotto & Immersive Live Show returns to The Green Dragon Hotel in Hereford for its third year. This immersive experience retells the beloved film's story, with live singing, dancing characters, and the Conductor, the Boy, and dancing chefs bringing festive magic to life. Families watch the musical show together, then meet Father Christmas in his grotto where each child chooses their own gift. Children also make reindeer food to take home, receive a magical Polar Express bell, and get an activity pack to enjoy whilst waiting. The experience runs from the 5th to the 24th December 2026. Note that this is an immersive grotto and live show; there is no physical train journey included.
